Main idea: We aren’t required to react when we recognize an emotional feeling. Rather, we can step back and “read” what our heart is saying. Then, we can respond in a healthy manner.

Now that we’re equipped with an understanding of how the soul “works,” as well as where PTSD comes from (remember, it’s a natural reaction to abnormal events), let’s talk about how to heal these soul hurts so they no longer “control” us.
