This isn’t a book for professional therapists; this is a manual for highly skilled heroes— for the men and women who put their lives on the line and serve as warriors, firefighters, peace keepers, law enforcement, paramedics, and other first responders.

GY6 is not intended to diagnose, prescribe, or treat.

Definitions and instructions placed throughout this book— though based on fact— should not be used as substitutions for clinical expertise with a licensed professional.

GY6 endeavors to help you begin the process of exploration and discovery as you pursue total wholeness, as well as normalize the conversation about emotional and spiritual health.
