Trauma Comes Home + Warrior Hope Workshop | November 6-7, 2024, Kaskaskia College, 27210 College Road Centralia, Illinois 62801
A two-day event to equip you with the tools + training you to need to empower veterans to overcome the hurts of the past & encourage them to identify their next mission
The Film | Trauma Comes Home
Watch at 11am or 6pm on Wednesday, November 6 (running time, 90 min)
Our third documentary, with a unique focus how military-related trauma not only affects the warrior but the entire family.
Whereas the first two documentaries focused primarily on the warrior's experience, the third release affirms that when one family member is affected, everyone is...
And, to find healing, the needs of the entire family unit-- whatever that group looks like-- must be acknowledged and addressed.
The Training | Warrior Hope workshop
Attend 9am to 3pm on Thursday, November 7 (lunch, snacks, and resources provided)

Warrior Hope is an overflow of Crosswinds' film projects.
🎬 In 2014 we released Invisible Scars, a documentary focused on the problems associated with PTSD, as well as the paths available for healing.
🎬 Honoring the Code following in 2017 and described the effects of Moral Injury, including survivor's guilt, other forms of guilt, and shame.
We gave the documentaries away, free of charge, to educate the public and encourage veterans struggling with the issues addressed. This led to numerous conversations, which highlighted the need for a resource-- like Warrior Hope-- to empower veterans to move forward.
Though the 10-lesson Warrior Hope program works well for individual study, it was designed for groups... known as Centers of Hope.
